The Painter Pty Ltd - OH&S Policies

The quest for best practice ensures that our policies and procedures are regularly upgraded and translated to incorporate the ever changing and broadening capabilities of our organisation. These include all Occupational Health and Safety Policies, Environmental Policies, Human Resource procedures; we conduct staff, contractor and sub contractor safety inductions for all staff working within and on behalf of, The Painter Pty Ltd organisation.

These processes will continue to be refined and developed as The Painter Pty Ltd continues to expand. Engagement of our staff in Corporate Policy and Procedures, and compliance with the specific needs of our contractual obligations is facilitated through regular Toolbox Meetings, Safety Meetings and Operations Meetings.

Our Quality System Manual is an integral part of the ongoing administration of The Painter Pty Ltd and all procedures are carefully followed and adhered to by all staff. All services provided by The Painter Pty Ltd are checked and reviewed for quality, and the system is constantly monitored to ensure compliance.

Our OH & S Policy meets all standards and relevant legislation. The safety of our employees and others, including our clients, sub-contractors and the general public is our primary responsibility, and our greatest concern.

The Painter Pty Ltd Environmental System Policy is of the upmost importance to our organisation. We realise that the safety of the environment is as important as the safety of our people and the people around us. The system involves ongoing reporting of any potential environmental hazards or dangers, through Hazard Identification Checklists and Safe Work Method Statements. These are conducted prior to work commencing and on completion. A copy of our policy and the system to which it corresponds is also available on request.
